The hotel is in a beautiful setting and smells wonderful as you enter. We were greeted by the friendly receptionist on our arrival and offered a glass of bubbles and fruit. Our room was upgraded and very comfortable with everything we required. We had a great view of the 18th hole from our terrace. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast selections we’ve ever had .

The rooms are lovely and all the public spaces in the hotel are well-appointed. The level of cleanliness is excellent. The gym is excellent. The food is excellent. The attitude of the staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful. This hotel has middle-east levels of guest experience- easily the best hotel I have stayed at in Europe.

Clean, airy, attractive, grandiose and great atmosphere. Loved the very friendly staff and the complimentary use of the Club Lounge 😍 as well as the adult-only infinity pool 😍

The hotel ticked all the boxes for a long weekend stay, staff could not do more for us, facilities were great and food and service was exceptional

A very good golf resort, which has clearly benefited from a refresh when taken over by Grand Hyatt. Hotel staff were very friendly and breakfast very good, if a little overpriced. The primary purpose of my visit was golf training and really benefited from training under the new Head Pro, Craig Donnelly.

This is a luxury five star hotel, beautifully and elegantly designed and decorated. The staff are wonderful - very attentive and friendly. Vanessa on reception was particularly welcoming and helpful, but every member of staff was excellent. The breakfast was amazing - the variety of foods in the buffet was incredible plus they had an egg chef for hot orders. The spa was beautiful with a hydrotherapy pool and sauna/steam room/hydrotherapy showers. We had three massages with Milla which were really first class.

We stayed at the Hyatt hotel for a week. Very nice rooms, comfortable wardrobes, not so much pillows, but whatever you like, delicious and varied breakfasts, good Italian restaurant and bar. There are questions with cleaning, we contacted the general manager, he solved the problem, thank you. We received a compliment from the hotel as an apology. Don't hesitate to contact us if you don't like something, it improves the service. Excellent hotel, 3 golf courses in very good condition, 2 swimming pools, SPA.

Generally very good. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was excellent. Our only criticism would be of the food. In the bar we had tapas which was very average. The breakfast, whilst plentiful, was again of average quality. And finally, the golf club food ranged from average to good. We didn’t try the main restaurants, preferring as always to eat out. Not good enough for the prices and 5 star hotel.

Really lovely hotel. Rooms were very nice and the staff were really pleasant. Short walk to local tennis centre with plenty of courts. Lovely golf courses. We ate in the Italian and Asian restaurants on site-both were superb.
